Short Term marketing internship for MBA students
We need 2-3 marketing interns for live marketing projects for a month (March).
Location: Remote / WFH
Duration: March
Stipend: ₹10K each.
Role: To work on the launch strategy for few startups - Brand Strategy, Product Strategy, NPD, GTM and overall strategy.
Category - Food & Beverage.
Candidate Profile: Must have good understanding of S&D, Brand and Product Management. Ability to read / write Telugu will be added advantage.
The student must apply for the internship with the answers to the following questions. All questions are mandatory. Apply ONLY if you know ALL the answers. Entries without all answers will be removed without reading:
1. How a company is able to distribute & sell just few pieces of ₹10 MRP products in remote areas, that too, in just 3-4 shops? Is the company making profit? If 'yes' then how; and if 'no' then why are they selling so much at loss? Just the travel cost of the company's ASM / TSI's to such shop will be much higher than the total MRP value sold in such remote areas?
2. How will you create Brand Knowledge for a startup. What's the purpose of Brand Mantra, Essence and Archetype.
3. Assume your competition brand is the MOUB with 6-7 per week consumption freq and is consistent for 3 months as well as in 56 weeks. What's your understanding of the situation and what strategies will you adopt for your startup brand.
4. How to improve the NPS of a brand? Give few points
5. Difference between Numeric and Weighted Distribution concepts, and when to use what.
6. How will you decide when to give what type of schemes - primary, secondary, Trade Promo, article free, etc. Give example and justifications.
Please answer the above questions in bullet points only. Just 2-3 points per questions would be ok. If shortlisted, there will be follow up questions as well in interview.
